Me: ASAP - WD OOO EAD RM?
Coworker: Out of office - Essential Absence Day. It's the terminology that [Client Name] uses for personal days.
Me: Great... another TLA.
Coworker: Alright - what does TLA mean?
Me: Three Letter Acronym.
